Everyone needs a little personal help in an effort to lose the weight.  Dr. Oz has a structured system on his website where viewers can assess where they are right now concerning their BMI (body mass index).  After you figure out your BMI the next step is to start setting goals of where you want to be.  After you have set your goals the weight loss plan offers you a personalized plan or path to take to keep you on the right track of reaching those set goals.
